The ADVANCED license of QuickBOM allows you to do everything that you can with a Basic Free license plus:

After purchasing your license, we will email you a license file. The license file is good for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The PROFESSIONAL license of QuickBOM allows you to do everything that you can with a Basic Free license plus:
Generate BOMs with more than 100 parts.
Import BOMs from your favorite CAD system.
Merge manually created BOMs and CAD driven BOMs.

QuickBOM - Basic will always be free to download and use for as many BOMs as you need to create.
The Basic license includes the ability to create BOMs with less than 100 parts. To create BOMs with more than 100 parts, you need an Advanced license.
The Basic license allows you to import up to 5 BOMs from your favorite CAD system. To import an unlimited number of of BOMs, you need a Professional license.
The details
If you build a BOM using an Advanced or Professional license, you can send that file to anyone to view it.
Anyone with the file, regardless if they have a license or not, can view, pull data, and even make simple changes,
If your license expires after 1 year, you can still view, pull data, and even make simple changes to the file. Simply renew your Advanced or Professional license to regain all control.
A single license is good for one Microsoft Office ID on multiple computers - OR - a single Microsoft Office ID on multiple computers.
If you get a new computer or change roles, you can transfer your license up to 2 times per year.
